{{Otheruses-section}} is a disamibuation quasi-hatnote for article sections. It only needs to be used when a section of an article is linked to from a disambiguation page, and/or other articles link to this section as if it were an article, but no complete article exists for the topic yet.
Its syntax is precisely the same as that of {{Otheruses4}}, the documentation for which is transcluded below. It differs from that template only in its wording ("section" instead of "article" and "page"), and its styling (it indents only 25 px, like {{Main}} and other section quasi-hatnotes).
