This is a documentation subpage for Template:See also (see that page for the template itself). It contains usage information, categories and other content that is not part of the original template page. |
{{See also/doc}} is used for small sets of see also information at the head of article sections according to Wikipedia:Layout.
Requirements
This template requires the ParserFunctions extension.
Usage
{{See also|Article 1|...|Article 15}}
- Up to 15 parameters are permitted: only the first is mandatory.
- The list is dynamically generated so that the word "and" is always placed between the final two entries.
- If more than 15 entries are supplied, a message will be displayed pointing out the problem.
- You can use parameters l1 to l15 to specify alternative labels for the links.
- NB
- no newlines are permitted else the article links will be broken.
Example
Code | Result |
---|---|
{{see also|Article}} |
|
{{see also|Article|Article 2}} |
|
{{see also|Article|Article 2|Article 3}} |
|

And so on up to 15 parameters.
