• To be placed on the talk page of the article in question.
• Adds tagged articles to Wikipedia articles that are too technical.

Optional parameters:

• date= — adds date; recommended use: {{subst:today}}
• reason= — free-form text, goes before date. Recommended to end with a period.
• section= — specifies a particular section in need of revision
