The PT platform was Chrysler's Automobile platform for the 2001–2009 Chrysler PT Cruiser Crossover SUV. It is a Front wheel drive platform with no provision for All wheel drive. Contrary to early reports, PT was not based on the Dodge Neon's PL platform.
There were no other vehicles produced using the PT platform. The PT will be replaced in 2008 with the new Chrysler JZ platform, which will be shared with Dodge.
