The Dodge Super 8 Hemi was a concept car created by DaimlerChrysler under the Dodge brand name. It was first introduced at the 2001 North American International Auto Show. It is a combination of the classic design from Dodge's past vehicles and the design from Dodge's SUVs and trucks. It was also featured in Midnight Club 3: DUB Edition Remix.

The Engine

In the Super 8 Hemi is a 5.7-liter V8 engine, not to be confused with the 426 Hemi used by Dodge 1960s for street and NASCAR. The Super 8 Hemi has up to 353 horsepower and has a 154 mile-per-hour top speed (248 km/h). The Super 8 Hemi's torque is rated at 395 pound-feet (536 N·m).It can also go from zero to sixty in about 5.7 seconds. The Super 8 Hemi uses a four-speed automatic transmission with an Autostick.

Memorabilia

The Super 8 Hemi was recently created as a scale model by Hot Wheels for their 2005 Drop-Top series. This Super 8 Hemi, though, is a stylized take or faux copy of the real Super 8 Hemi, featuring much larger wheels and a chopped top.
